Sunnyside is set to be one of Denver’s next hot neighborhoods - some might argue that it already is hot. Being one of the original neighborhoods of North Denver it is vibrant, full of historic charm, and conveniently located three miles Northwest of Downtown. Many families are choosing to migrate just North of the Highlands to a less saturated, primarily residential Sunnyside. This neighborhood is lined with historic bungalows while modern homes pop up in-between, much like its North Denver relatives. You’ll find a booming restaurant scene, craft breweries, coffee shops, and boutiques lining 38th and scattered throughout this lively place.

It started with 2 bands, 2 kegs, 50 people and about 20 dogs.” Now the festival is on its eighth year, has raised well over 10,000 dollars for local charities, and takes over Chaffee Park during the second weekend in September each year. https://www.sunnysidemusicfest.org/
