Referral Fees
- Receive 25% of the tenant procurement commission for the referral.
- Once we have a year long management agreement with the owner and the lease is signed, we will pay you the referral fee.
Client Retention
- Maintain your client relationship. We don't work with your client in a buy/sell transaction for the life of that client. If your client mentions buying or selling, we contact you.
- We keep diligent notes on all of our properties. Including who referred the property for management.
